8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 333bef reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real money, bonus funds, and pending winnings — and to pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn that were obtained through fraudulent means.

8.4 Unclaimed Balances

If a registered 333bef account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. 333bef will attempt to contact the registered player by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Continued inactivity may result in the account being closed and any remaining balance being subject to an administrative processing fee.
